Parts Sales Representative

This is a full-time Parts Sales Representative position with an immediate opening start date. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the appropriate parts for their trucks both in person and on the telephone.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain customer satisfaction by greeting and acknowledging all customers, offering assistance when needed.
- Answer phone calls within 3 rings or less with a proper greeting and offer to assist the customer with their inquiry.
- Suggest additional products and services to repair problems and meet customer needs.
- Process cash, credit, and check transactions at the parts counter according to dealership procedures.
- Handle core warranties and follow up on shortages, expediting as necessary.
- Stay knowledgeable about product merchandising and attend training sessions as prescribed by management.
- Provide parts to service technicians as required.
- Maintain the retail sales floor and displays to meet dealership standards.

This position includes:
