We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales engine, you'll play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

About the Role

In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for:

  • Mining SMB business sales opportunities from 1-999 employee prospect lists, marketing leads, establishing relationships, and working closely with our Field Sales teams.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for all prospects, cultivating and quickly responding to inquiries by email and phone, qualifying potential customers, and connecting them with T-Mobile Account Executives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Less than 2 years of call center/sales experience (required).
  • Strong technology skills (preferred) and excellent communication skills (required).
