Sales and Growth Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Louisville, KY. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, generating leads, and negotiating prices. You will also oversee project execution and work closely with our area sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Excel in door-to-door sales, actively generating leads and establishing client connections.
- Leverage our comprehensive training to refine your sales tactics and strategies.
- COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY: Offer tailored solutions to customers' needs, and interact directly with customers to resolve potential issues, questions, and complaints in a professional and collaborative manner.
- MANAGE PROJECTS EFFICIENTLY: Conduct thorough roof inspections, provide expert recommendations, and manage entire project lifecycles from cost estimation to successful completion.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for outdoor sales work. You should be reliable, dependable, diligent, and highly organized with good time management skills. Strong business practices and judgment are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Requirements- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for daily use.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Willingness to undergo and pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
