Job Summary

The Learning Environments Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of systems, safe environments, and curriculum fidelity in our early education centers. This role ensures that our programs meet federal and state regulations and policies, and that our staff are trained and equipped to provide high-quality services to our children and families.

This is a full-time position that requires minimal supervision and involves working closely with our Early Education Program Manager to coordinate practice-based coaching, data collection, and program services.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in child development, early childhood education, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will also have a Site Supervisor Permit or above based on the California Teacher Credential (CTC) Matrix.

This position requires 10% travel and may involve working non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
