Strategic Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our human resources function and ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that drive business results and support our company's growth.
Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and risk management.
Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices to ensure our company remains at the forefront of industry standards.
Design and implement a talent acquisition strategy to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
Lead the development of performance management systems to drive high performance and employee engagement.
Collaborate with the executive team to understand our organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
Deep understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Experience with performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels within the organization.
Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices.
Proficient in HRIS and other HR technology systems.
