We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Kitchen Tune Up & Bath Tune Up of Denver. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in developing commercial and professional accounts, expanding our market presence in Denver, and driving business growth.
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000, with the potential to earn over $300,000 annually based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Nurture Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key commercial, multi-family, and realtor contacts to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Leverage Existing Connections: Utilize existing connections to introduce and sell kitchen and bath remodeling services to new clients.
- Pursue New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial and multi-family sectors.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development or Sales: 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the kitchen and bath industry.
- Extensive Network of Contacts: A strong network of contacts and key industry connections is essential for success in this role.
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record of successfully developing and closing sales with commercial accounts is required.
