Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Nurture Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key commercial, multi-family, and realtor contacts to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Leverage Existing Connections: Utilize existing connections to introduce and sell kitchen and bath remodeling services to new clients.
  • Pursue New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial and multi-family sectors.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Business Development or Sales: 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the kitchen and bath industry.
  • Extensive Network of Contacts: A strong network of contacts and key industry connections is essential for success in this role.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of successfully developing and closing sales with commercial accounts is required.
