Role Summary

The Construction and Industrial Staffing Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive new business growth and expand existing client relationships in the construction, warehouse, and light industrial sectors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Cultivating and expanding accounts with existing clients to increase revenue opportunities.
  • Researching and compiling lists of promising customers from various sources to identify new sales prospects.
  • Traveling throughout the city of Denver to solicit orders and maintain outstanding customer service.
  • Preparing and presenting competitive price quotes, negotiating terms, and completing sales contracts/customer applications.
  • Conducting thorough job site surveys for both new and existing customer sites.

We offer a competitive base salary ($55,000 - $60,000) with a total compensation potential ranging from $100,000 to $175,000, as well as a lucrative monthly commission structure, comprehensive benefits package, generous car allowance, substantial cell phone allowance, company-provided laptop, and expense account for business-related expenditures.
