Sales Business Development Manager

Ascend Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to join our team in the Denver and Broomfield area. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, bringing our brand to life with class and integrity.
The ideal candidate will have one year of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales quotas. You will be responsible for finding new clients, generating and developing new prospect accounts, and using sales management software tools to track KPIs.
We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 per year, plus commission, as well as a range of benefits including performance-based bonus opportunities, health insurance, 401K with company contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building and fostering a network of leads within the designated territory
- Generating and developing new prospect accounts
- Using sales management software tools to track KPIs, including sales calls made, number of prospect contacts made, and presentations given
You will also have the opportunity to work individually and as part of a team, with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for frequent field travel.
