We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Program Engagement Specialist to join our team at Atria Park - Park of Sierra Pointe. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for leading and developing engaging programs that enhance the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead assigned programs that cater to the interests and needs of our residents, exceeding their expectations and promoting a sense of community.
- Develop and implement diversified recreational activities, ensuring adequate supervision and a safe environment for all participants.
- Collaborate with residents to create personalized programs, including those designed for residents with mobility limitations.
- Engage and motivate residents to participate in programs, fostering a sense of belonging and social connection.
- Maintain accurate records of program participation, resident feedback, and activity schedules, as required by state law.
- Support the Engage Life Director in recruiting volunteers to aid the activities program, promoting a sense of community and teamwork.
- May drive company vehicles to transport residents to social events and other destinations, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 3-6 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to write clear and concise correspondence, as well as present information effectively to residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Atria Park - Park of Sierra Pointe offers a competitive salary range of $14.35/hr - $16.50/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience. Our benefits package includes paid holidays and PTO, community recognition rewards, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
