The Brand and Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance brand engagement, customer interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer Service focus


We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Consumer Products categories such as Baby & Parenting Products, Pet Products, Apparel, Food Products, and Durable Goods. Having a strong understanding of Direct-to-Consumer and Retail is a plus


This individual will work cross-functionally with our DYPER Creative team and our Creative Agency to create programs and campaigns that promote brand awareness, drive customer interaction and satisfaction, and create meaningful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Engagement Strategies: Design and implement customer engagement programs, customer campaigns, and initiatives that strengthen the brand-customer relationship, drive interaction, and foster brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate on Brand Messaging and Content Creation: Collaborate with the DYPER Creative teams and the Social Media and Community Manager to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience and promotes brand storytelling across all channels, and to ensure that all customer-facing communications reflect the brand’s voice and values.
  • Customer Relations Management: Manage relationships with customers, responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns and complaints, gathering feedback, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Customer Insights & Market Research: Leverage customer data, analytics, and insights from customer interactions to be well informed on engagement strategies and personalize brand experiences. Monitor consumer behavior and market trends to ensure the brand remains relevant.
  • Customer Advocacy: Ensure business strategy is focused on prioritizing the needs and interests of our DYPER customers and empowering them to become promoters of our brand. Creating exceptional experiences and building strong relationships so that our customers feel inclined to recommend our DYPER products.
  • Lead Engagement Initiatives: Organize and lead initiatives such as loyalty programs, customer appreciation events, and community-building activities to foster deeper relationships with customers.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Create, implement, and manage effective email campaigns that engage customers and drive business results.
  • Support Product & Service Improvements: Relay customer feedback to product development and operations teams to support continuous improvement based on client needs and preferences.
  • Crisis Management: Respond to customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring any problems are resolved and maintaining the integrity of the brand.
  • Customer Retention & Loyalty: Develop and implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives that encourage repeat business, increase customer retention, and build long-term brand advocates.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all engagement activities and communications are aligned with the company’s brand voice, values, and messaging.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Customer Relations, or related field.


Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, customer engagement, or a similar role.
  • DTC, Retail experience preferred.
  • Responsible for marketing with Consumer Products Categories such as: Baby, Parenting, Pet, Apparel, Food, Durable Goods is a must
  • Experience managing digital media campaigns, with a strong understanding of customer engagement tactics. Emphasis on Email Marketing.
  • Proven track-record managing customer feedback and building client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer insights platforms.
  • Impeccable communication and content design skills are a must
  • Passion for customer engagement and building strong, lasting brand relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
