Job Description

As a Regional Sales Director at Dahl Consulting, you will play a key role in driving new business growth and expanding existing relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit and retain top-performing brokers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and agents
  • Provide ongoing training and support to ensure brokers have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales experience, with a focus on business development and growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on driving results and achieving goals
  • Proficient use of technology, with experience using CRM systems and other sales tools
