Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Actalent is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls per shift, ensuring accurate and complete information capture and system updates.
  • Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient medication as needed.
  • Assist new and returning patients with their application process for services.
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy experience and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet service level goals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
