Patient Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at Actalent. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient support and care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive clinical support to patients and healthcare providers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Accurately capture information and update systems to ensure seamless patient care.
- Coordinate treatment plans, scheduling, and shipping information for patients' medication as needed.
- Support 6-7 physicians daily with incoming clinical calls and messages, speaking to 30-40 patients per day.
- Active RN or LPN license.
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a specialty unit or physician office.
- Any experience in Nephrology, Dialysis, or Cardiology is preferred.
- Monday - Friday standard clinic hours. No weekends/holidays.

This is a fully on-site position Monday to Friday in Louisville, Kentucky.
