Job Title:
Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers through various communication channels. Ensure timely and accurate information exchange, meeting or exceeding service level goals. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other requests. Update systems with accurate information and provide necessary support to patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, meeting service level goals
• Accurately capture information and update systems
• Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient medication
• Assist patients with application processes for services

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with pharmacy and healthcare industry
