About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our team as a Sales Development Marketing Manager. In this role, you will work closely with our Global Media Solutions team to build better solutions for our wedding and baby brands.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing programs that include custom content, digital media, events, and product/ad tech innovation.
  • Utilize storytelling and strong visuals to bring creative concepts to life within proactive proposals and RFP responses.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including editorial, creative solutions, PR, and product, to build out custom opportunities.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee the execution of sold programs into post-sale workflow, ensuring clear transmission of information to the project team.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, monitor timelines, and maintain internal communication through weekly check-ins.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Clear and compelling creative/marketing writing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time-management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of research metrics and ability to analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong references required.
