Spindrift is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Development Representative to join our team in Philadelphia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders to drive sales growth and market share for our Spindrift Spiked Sparkling Water product.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the alcoholic beverage industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, and providing market insights to inform business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and market share
  • Managing distributor relationships to ensure effective product placement and sales execution
  • Providing market insights and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the alcoholic beverage industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
  • Strong understanding of the alcoholic beverage industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
