The Westerner is on the lookout for a dedicated Culinary Supervisor to oversee the preparation of all in-house dishes while collaborating closely with our executive chef. This culinary position offers a competitive hourly wage of $22. The working hours are Wednesday - Saturday, 5:00 pm - 1:30 am. THE ROLE OF A CULINARY SUPERVISOR

As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall efficiency of our daily kitchen operations while working alongside our executive chef. You will prepare and cook delicious barbeque meals regularly, ensuring adherence to all culinary standards. To maintain consistent quality, you will oversee all kitchen areas. You are a proactive leader who leads by example, sharing your culinary expertise as you mentor our team. You empower our kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service and take guest feedback seriously. Goal-oriented, you will work to continually enhance guest and staff satisfaction while managing the restaurant's operating budget. You are passionate about fostering the camaraderie that comes with being part of a cohesive culinary team in a well-organized kitchen

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CULINARY SUPERVISOR
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to obtain a Salt Lake County Health Department Food Handler's Permit within 7 days of hire
