Position Overview:
As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will oversee food service personnel in alignment with established policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and train team members, ensuring effective work assignments and performance evaluations.
2. Address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly.
3. Collaborate with management to determine purchasing needs, focusing on minimizing waste and ensuring product availability.
4. Adhere to approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality and portion control.
5. Ensure proper operation and sanitation of kitchen equipment after each use.
6. Maintain food safety standards by properly storing, labeling, and dating food items, while following established rotation practices.
7. Comply with HACCP guidelines to guarantee the safety and quality of food products.
8. Engage with customers during meal service to gather feedback and enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in culinary roles is preferred. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to food safety and quality.
