About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and inventory management to ensure efficient food production and minimize waste
  • Menu development and compliance with Sodexo culinary standards
  • Food safety and sanitation compliance to maintain a clean and healthy work environment
  • Leadership and development of team members to promote culinary innovation and excellence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in food service management, including restaurants, catering, or institutional settings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
