- Team Management: Supervise and train our culinary team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of food safety and quality procedures.
- Certifications: ServSafe certification and ability to obtain Louisiana food handler's permit.
