About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sodexo S A. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the food service operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and inventory management to ensure efficient food production and minimize waste
  • Menu compliance and food quality control to meet Sodexo S A's culinary standards
  • Leadership and development of culinary team members to drive innovation and excellence
  • Food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance
  • Working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 3 years of basic management experience in food or culinary services
  • 3 years of work experience in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
