Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Basic Care: Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting dignity and respect.
  • Support Patient Care Delivery: Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Adhere to Standards of Care: Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection prevention and control policies, and promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  • Communicate Effectively: Engage with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the care continuum.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Certification: BCLS or ACLS Certification
  • Experience: 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting
