Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding, while maintaining patient dignity and respect.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as toileting, ambulation, and transferring.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
