About the Opportunity:
Contract Writing Specialist:
A highly skilled Contract Writing Specialist is needed to analyze Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and identify requirements for assigned proposal sections. This individual will work closely with the Proposal Manager/Volume Lead to develop and identify win themes, create draft page layouts and mockups, and collaborate with the Graphics/Publications team to develop final artwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze RFPs to identify requirements for assigned proposal sections
- Work with the Proposal Manager/Volume Lead to develop and identify win themes
- Create draft page layouts and mockups
- Collaborate with the Graphics/Publications team to develop final artwork
- Interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create draft content
- Develop drafts of each section using Microsoft Word-based proposal templates and proposal style guides
About You:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Writing Specialist who possesses approximately 5 years of experience in this role. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is relentless in solving problems, works well in a collaborative environment, and enjoys a challenge.
Requirements:
- Approximately 5 years of experience in contract writing or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Citizenship of the country where the opportunity is located or the right to work in that country
- Completed the appropriate level of education in a relevant field
