A skilled professional is sought to analyze RFPs, work with the Proposal Manager/Volume Lead to develop win themes, create draft page layouts and mockups, identify and sketch artwork, and collaborate with Graphics/Publications to develop final artwork. This individual will interview SMEs to create draft content, and craft drafts of each section using a Microsoft Word-based proposal template and proposal style guide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze RFPs to identify requirements for assigned proposal sections
  • Work with the Proposal Manager/Volume Lead to develop win themes
  • Create draft page layouts and mockups
  • Identify and sketch artwork
  • Collaborate with Graphics/Publications to develop final artwork
