Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Hilti Corporation. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individual account strategies to build long-term, sustainable, and profitable relationships with customers.
- Provide professional field sales and high-level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry.
- Offer efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the market place.
- A competitive salary range of $54,000 - $75,000, plus up to $19,000 in commissions for the first year if all sales goals are met.
- An uncapped bonus potential.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan with dollar-for-dollar matching, and paid time off.

- A high school diploma or GED is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets.
- A hands-on attitude, with the ability to demonstrate tools to customers and use platforms such as Salesforce to track customer interactions.
- Excellent time and territory management skills, with the ability to work a flexible and varied schedule.
- A valid driver's license, with a company car provided.
