We are currently in search of a Senior Civil Project Engineer who is motivated to influence their career trajectory and engage in civil engineering design and consulting for a diverse array of site development initiatives in our Seattle office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will be involved in a variety of projects, such as K-12 educational facilities, higher education institutions, municipal structures, stormwater management systems, parks, Department of Defense projects, and healthcare establishments. You will work closely with clients and team members to develop civil engineering designs, specifications, and calculations for site developments, local roadways, stormwater systems, and utility enhancements, which include grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, water systems, and other related tasks.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • Over 8 years of experience in civil engineering site design for both public and private projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
  • Expertise in stormwater modeling utilizing WWHM, MGS Flood, and other relevant software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Self-driven with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors in accordance with legal guidelines. Salary ranges are calculated based on a standard 40-hour work week.
  • $95,000 - $123,160 annually
  • Annual discretionary performance-based bonus
