Position Overview

AHBL, Inc. is a comprehensive firm specializing in civil and structural engineering, urban planning, landscape architecture, and land surveying for both public and private sector clients. We are currently looking for a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager who is passionate about influencing their career trajectory and engaging in civil engineering design and consulting across a diverse array of site development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage a variety of projects, including educational institutions, municipal facilities, parks, Department of Defense projects, and healthcare infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients and team members to create civil engineering designs, specifications, and calculations for site developments.
  • Overseeing local road, stormwater, and utility improvement projects, including grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, and water systems.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) License.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering site design for both public and private projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
  • Experience in stormwater modeling using WWHM, MGS Flood, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors. Salary ranges are based on a standard 40-hour work week:

  • Annual salary range: $95,000 - $123,160.
  • Performance-based annual bonus.
