Executive Office Coordinator

The Administrative Support Specialist position at Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing fast-casual concept and contribute to its success. This role involves supporting the Founder/CEO and executive office team by managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, discretion, personal responsibility, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between leadership and internal/external guests.
- Manage Outlook system, create new accounts, set up automatic forwarding.
- Maintain heavy, complex, and frequently changing calendars.
- Schedule appointments, conference meetings, and calls using Google Meet/Teams and Zoom.
- Prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role required.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Able to work in our Palm Beach Gardens office.
