Job Description: Benefits and Payroll Coordinator

This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of payroll and benefits administration for our organization. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll transactions, including calculating wages and benefits;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records;
  • Communicate with employees regarding payroll and benefits-related issues;
  • Conduct research and analysis to resolve complex payroll and benefits issues;
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in payroll management or related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word;
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
