What You'll Do:

Human Resources:

  • Paying employees timely and accurately
  • Cultivating positive employee relationships
  • Managing employee benefits programs
  • Streamlining onboarding and offboarding processes

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Collaborating with management to develop and monitor budgets
  • Generating insightful financial reports
  • Performing general accounting tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
