Job Title: Payroll and Compensation Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage payroll processes for our organization. As a Payroll and Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for processing multi-state corporate payrolls, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll transactions in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information;
  • Collaborate with HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
Benefits Administration:
  • Administer company benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off;
  • Communicate benefits information to employees through various channels;
  • Provide support for employee inquiries and concerns regarding benefits;
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to benefits administration;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in payroll management or related field;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access;
  • Experience working with payroll software systems, such as UKG and/or Dimension;
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
