  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Manage room availability, create reservations, and handle billing and payment processes.
  • Anticipate guest needs and take proactive steps to address them.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
