About the Role:

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces, and controls. This includes repairing, replacing, and rebuilding aircraft structures and functional components using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces, and controls
  • Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures and functional components
  • Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, and engineering data to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components
  • Work with a team to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks
  • Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Aircraft experience in Unit or Intermediate Level Structural Repairs and/or modifications
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting Schematics, Engineering Drawings, Technical Manuals, and Technical Orders
  • Flexible to work Extended/Multiple Shifts and Travel as required to meet Customer mission needs
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Documented Military/DOD Service School or Civilian/FAA equivalent training
  • Current & Active Secret Level Security Clearance
  • Depot Level Maintenance Repair experience
  • Ability to wear half face respirator

Preferred Qualifications:

  • H-47 experience or civilian equivalent
