TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 25%
SALARY RANGE: $50,000 - $60,000
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing daily interactions with a designated group of commercial partners. Responsibilities include the strategic planning and execution of partner contractual obligations, such as brand integration, marketing initiatives, experiential marketing, hospitality services, licensing agreements, and comprehensive reporting.
This role is integral to the team, focusing entirely on the expansion and retention of partnerships within the U.S. Ski & Snowboard framework. The Account Manager is expected to collaborate across various departments and assist in the operational functions of the marketing division under the guidance of the Director of Partnership Marketing.

The U.S. Ski & Snowboard Association is dedicated to leading, inspiring, and supporting athletes in their pursuit of excellence, aiming to position the United States as a leader in Olympic skiing and snowboarding. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence:
- Facilitate daily communications with select partners to deliver impactful marketing activations and maximize partnership value.
- Oversee annual strategic planning in collaboration with key stakeholders to establish partner objectives and activation timelines.
- Manage the coordination and reporting of partner-related marketing inventory.
- Work collaboratively within the organization to provide services that meet partner needs.
- Oversee on-site marketing activations and hospitality programs at U.S. Ski & Snowboard events.
- Support initiatives aimed at business development and growth, including the creation of marketable programs that align with partner goals.
- Lead the renewal planning process by gaining in-depth knowledge of partner categories and objectives.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to specific partner benefits across various media channels.
- Prepare case studies highlighting successful partner activations.
- Conduct data analysis and generate detailed recap reports for partners.
Financial Performance:
- Drive revenue growth by renewing existing contracts and identifying new partnership opportunities.
- Develop relationships with potential partners in both national and regional markets.
- Create revenue-generating marketing initiatives for partners and explore new inventory opportunities.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Marketing and Commercial Departments as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in account management, marketing campaigns, or project management. Experience in sponsorship marketing is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in office software applications.
- Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic approach.
- Professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional communications and projects.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
No direct supervisory responsibilities.
