Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver results-driven sales performance, meeting individual and branch goals while exceeding customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle
  • Present financial solutions tailored to customers' needs, ensuring they meet their goals
  • Offer optional insurance products to customers
  • Educate customers on loan terms and conditions to ensure a clear understanding
  • Partner with local businesses to identify and develop new customers
  • Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive success
  • Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience; Bilingual - Spanish
