Job Summary

We are seeking a Lending Consultant - Member Service Representative III to provide exceptional service to members and potential members in a contact center environment. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about all aspects of transactional and lending operations, answering calls, troubleshooting, and resolving member issues related to loan applications and membership openings.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted financial resource, utilizing a consultative approach to evaluate, educate, and fulfill members' financial needs. They will effectively process and support online lending applications and membership needs through virtual delivery channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with financial needs through a consultative-based approach.
  • Identify and educate members on value-added products and services to meet individual needs.
  • Open and close accounts/memberships, consumer loans, and conduct basic transactions and problem resolution.
  • Effectively process and support online lending applications and membership needs through virtual delivery channels.
Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have 3-5 years of similar call center or financial institution experience. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a fast-paced environment, and a passion for helping others.
