Pharmaceutical Sales Customer Engagement Specialist

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Customer Engagement professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to meet business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other key stakeholders
- Provide clinical and product expertise to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare providers on topics such as product access, on-label information, and established guidance on patient care
- Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
- Must reside within commutable distance of 50 miles of the primary city in the sales territory
- Previous cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences or related industry engaging with key healthcare ecosystem players
- 4 or more years' experience working in a sales role with HCPs, ideally representing multiple products and working across a complex healthcare system environment
- Clinical nurse or Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) experience highly valued
