Pharmaceutical Sales Customer Engagement Specialist

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Pharmaceutical Sales Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic engagement with healthcare providers and patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to meet business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other key stakeholders to drive product adoption and market share.
- Provide clinical and scientific expertise to customers, including product information, disease state education, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare landscape.
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
- Proven track record of success in customer engagement, sales, and business development.
- Strong clinical and scientific knowledge, with ability to communicate complex information to customers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Previous experience in cross-functional roles, such as sales, marketing, and product development.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare technology platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
