Pharmaceutical Sales Customer Engagement Specialist

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Customer Engagement professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to meet business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other key stakeholders
- Provide clinical and product expertise to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform customer engagement strategies
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
- Strong clinical and product knowledge, with ability to communicate complex information to customers
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and reimbursement processes
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and navigate complex healthcare regulations
