Pharmaceutical Sales Customer Engagement Specialist

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Customer Engagement professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other key stakeholders
- Provide clinical and scientific expertise to customers, including product information, disease state education, and thought leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer engagement initiatives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer engagement skills and knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
- Proven track record of success in customer engagement and business development
- Strong clinical and scientific knowledge, including product information and disease state education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer engagement and business development
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment
- Experience with market research and analysis, including data collection and interpretation
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
