Our Founders

Our journey is rooted in personal experiences. Ben Cohen, our Co-founder and CTO, was inspired by his early encounters with outdated government systems while assisting his father in obtaining construction permits. With a background in software engineering at major tech companies and a distinguished academic record, Ben brings invaluable expertise to our mission.

Troy LeCaire, Co-founder and CEO, has a proven track record in scaling startups and a deep commitment to enhancing governmental efficiency through technology. His experiences in both the private sector and public service have shaped his belief in the transformative power of modern software.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and mission-oriented professional to facilitate the onboarding of new GovWell clients and ensure their ongoing success. This role will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with our existing Customer Success Managers.

Work Environment

Our team operates in a hybrid model, with a significant portion based in a metropolitan area while also accommodating remote work options for exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance government service delivery: Assist municipalities in adopting modern software solutions that improve operational efficiency. You will oversee the implementation process and provide continuous support to ensure our clients thrive.
  • Drive meaningful change: Contribute to the evolution of an industry that is critical to societal well-being, advocating for transparency and effectiveness in government operations.
  • Gain startup experience: As an early team member, you will have the opportunity to witness and influence the growth of a startup, gaining insights that will be invaluable for your future endeavors.
  • Shape product development: Your direct interactions with clients will inform our product strategy, ensuring that we prioritize features that meet their needs.
