Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with primary and secondary stakeholders, identifying opportunities for account expansion.
  • Engage in proactive account management to facilitate the renewal of annual contracts.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Google Data Studio, customizing performance dashboards to meet each client's specific requirements.
  • Analyze client data to pinpoint areas for account enhancement.
  • Ensure that every client account is optimized for effective product recommendations.
  • Translate client requests into clear, actionable development tickets.
  • Keep clients informed about the status of all ongoing development tickets and service requests.
  • Solicit and provide case studies, client testimonials, and referrals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in client management within a rapidly growing startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup setting.
  • Background in working with e-commerce brands.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
