Our Founders

GovWell was born from personal experiences that highlighted the inefficiencies in government processes. Ben Cohen, our Co-founder and CTO, witnessed firsthand the challenges of navigating cumbersome government systems while assisting his father in securing construction permits. His journey from software engineer at industry giants like Uber and Amazon to founding GovWell is a testament to his commitment to improvement. Meanwhile, Troy LeCaire, our Co-founder and CEO, brings invaluable experience from his role at RippleMatch, where he played a crucial part in scaling the company significantly. His background in government and technology fuels our vision for a more effective public sector.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and mission-oriented professional to facilitate the onboarding of new GovWell clients and ensure their ongoing success. This role will involve close collaboration with our existing Customer Success Managers and will report directly to the CEO.

Work Environment

Our team operates in a hybrid model, with a majority based in New York City and others working remotely. We value flexibility and are open to exceptional candidates regardless of location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance community services through innovative software solutions.
    • As the primary platform for government staff, GovWell is utilized extensively, and your role will be pivotal in implementing our solutions effectively.
    • You will oversee the implementation process for new clients, ensuring they receive the support needed for long-term success.
    • Your contributions will directly influence the efficiency of government operations, showcasing the impact of your work.
