Position Overview:
We are in search of a Lead Client Success Strategist who will collaborate closely with Global-e to guarantee the enduring success of our clients across North America. This individual will be tasked with driving sales retention and revenue enhancement while also improving conversion rates and elevating customer satisfaction as outlined by management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee international eCommerce sales growth and client retention while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction outcomes.
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, particularly with C-level executives.
- Enhance eCommerce revenue growth through customer satisfaction initiatives and by proactively addressing customer needs.
- Utilize data analytics to formulate market-leading strategies that will significantly boost incremental revenue for key accounts.
- Engage with senior executives at leading retailers to strategically develop, launch, and implement global growth strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Serve as an internal advocate for product enhancement initiatives crucial to the long-term success of key accounts in cross-border commerce.
- Monitor the execution of account plans and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Conduct business reviews to pinpoint growth opportunities by making strategic recommendations based on data insights.
- Manage analytics and reporting to provide clients with enhanced visibility into international business performance and growth prospects.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with a capacity to adapt swiftly to change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media, targeted display, mobile, and video marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding performance expectations.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
