RN Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead our Cardiovascular Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the activities, workflow, and nursing resources of the assigned unit(s).
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the delivery of patient care services in the assigned unit(s)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluating of staff
- Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of health services
- Monitor and adhere to budget
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider and Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing
- Education: Required professional licensure/certification and 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience
- Additional Preferences: Previous hospital leadership experience as an RN Supervisor or Manager, experience as a staff RN on a Med/Surg floor
