Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Michigan. As a Graduate Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our patients.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide well-coordinated patient care, under the oversight of the primary RN.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association, obtained within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure, obtained within 3 months of hire date.
