Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Borgess Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with the healthcare team, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients, families, and communities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of health conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (AAS) or RN Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
