Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Borgess Hospital. As a Registered Nurse on our Psychiatric Nursing Unit, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in psychiatric nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- At least 1 year of experience in psychiatric nursing preferred.
