- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and follow-up activities.
- Target Sales: Reach target sales created by management.
- Sales Meetings: Participate in sales meetings and assist in setting up sales goals and budgets.
- Marketing Materials: Create marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and social media posts.
- Networking: Attend networking events and gatherings to build awareness of the company and create a network of influencers.
- Client Classes: Plan and organize client classes and events.
- Customer Problems: Handle customer problems and requests or communicate these to management if needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or marketing field or bachelor's degree in another field.
- Experience: Five years of sales experience and two years of experience in the title industry.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with design and creation tools, and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
